Fibromyalgia support group?
I'm a 23 year old college student and I've beem suffering from Fibromyalgia and I was wondering if anyone know of an online support group for people my age.

2. but you dont look sick.com is great... also there is this nwesletter that comes out called a goodybag from chronicbabe.com or something like that,..,, it's not FMS specific but is towards young people..
also facebook, myspace, livejounral have communities of people of different ages with FMS as well...
I have had it since i was a child along with Juvenile rheumatoid... im 30 now.. i went through college so I know it can be hard to find support your age but now with the internet, there are a lot of people around...
also Fibrohugs has a chat with people of different ages as well but maybe not so many in college... i find it hard to meet people in who are having pain and in college too...
Anyways, best of fortune with college.... pace yourself... very important.... taking care of you is number one even when you want to make straight A's and do this and do that..... it's more important to get the rest you need to make sure that you are able to keep up with the pace overall...
I know fo rme, I was very stuibborn about keeping all of the units I wanted, and wantd perfection... very common type A personality to be part of people with FMS so it took a lot of time and even therapy to calm me down... lol.
