Caffeine Withdrawl or Pregnancy Headache?

I found out last week that I am pregnant and promptly gave up caffeine-though I was a light user. For the past 6 days I have had a persistant sinus headache...which I never get. Tylenol isn't relieving it. I can't say I'm in great pain but I am aware of it all the time. Does anyone know if this might be caffeine withdrawal or is it a pregnancy headache? I'm mostly just curious. Thanks in advance.
Thanks. I had a cup of Coke. The headache is still here so I guess it's pregnancy related!

1. trying drinking a pop... if that helps the headache you'll have the answer. caffeine is fine in moderation... tylenol doesnt help me either... try to be in a cool room thats dark with a cold washcloth on your head and see if that helps

2. Probably a little of both. You can drink coffee or soda, just limit yourself to one can or one cup a day.

3. Drink a small amount of caffeine and see if that helps your headache. If so, then there's your answer. If it is caffeine withdrawal try having a bit of caffeine first thing in the morning to ward off that headache. My doctor said a little caffeine is no problem at all. If it's not that, then it's probably just a pregnancy headache. I got them all the time with my oldest child. Try lying down(on your left side) with a warm washcloth on your head to see if that helps. Hope you get to feeling better soon and congratulations!

4. you know you can have caffeine right when your pregnant 16oz a day sound like withdrawal headache
