1. your best bet is probably cool strips

2. i have the same thing and mines haven't stopped im 15 weeks i use tylenol

3. I had that alot during my first 2 trimesters.

I took paracetamol and used 4head (the stuff you roll on your 4head). It worked really well for me. I live in the Uk and get it from any pharmacy or supermarket.

4. 4head its not a tablet you just rub it on your head and its great and is fine when your pregnant i used it right the way through :)

5. Hi. I'm 12 weeks pregnant, and I've had a headache like this for the past 2 weeks everyday. When it comes, I lay down, but it is usually still there when I wake up. Yesterday I put a cold rag on my head, which helped relieve some of the pain. I've tried to avoid any over the counter medicine, but I might just have to get some Tylenol. Be sure you DO NOT take anything with Ibuprofen in it. I'm sure this isn't much help, but I just wanted to say that I hope you get better! It's NO FUN having headaches like this!

6. I had that. Tylenol did not help me but you could try it. No motrin, or ibuprofen. I found my prenatal vitamins caused a lot of my headaches. Drink more water and call your doctor to see what you can do for them.

7. The best cure is sleep!! I had alot of headaches at the start of my pregnancy and found that a nap normally helped. If you really can't shift it my midwife said its safe to take a paracetomal whilst pregnant.
