I have a pain on the outside of my right leg, below my knee and on the outside above my calf...?
It hurts when i bend it and squat down and is very sore after i workout and play sports...Anytime I bend down to squat it hurts and like i said its on the outside of my right knee just below it and above my calf on the outside of my leg...thanks for the help, i've tried to find the diagnosis....

1. it sounds like a sprain. go to the dr.
2. This stretch has helped me when I've had SHIN SPLINTS. If that's what you have, it's really simple and easy once you realize what's happening to your leg. your calf muscle contracts and pulls the top and bottom of your shin bone and since bone doesn't bend, it hurts. the longer you go on it without stretching it, the more it hurts and the more serious it can get.
FREE, EASY, AND EXCELLENT REMEDY:
stretch your calves by standing on a step (like you're going up the stairs) with your heels hanging off the edge. push your heels down as far as you can for as long as you can. it feels so great afterwards. this is a wonderful stretch, so try to work it into your warmup and cooldown before and after you work out.
