Does anyone know any good home remedies for headaches migraines ?
Anything I hate taking pills and my headaches come and go for weeks and its driving me nuts. Please help =)

2. Visit the home office of a good Chiropractor (I had to find a joke in there somewhere).
Upper cervical, diversified Chiropractic treatment can greatly help migraine and other types of headaches. The nerves out of the neck go straight to the side of your head and even regulate blood flow in your brain.
Adjusting them restores them to normal function and you will have less headaches. It takesa 8-10 times to really make a big difference, with maybe some follow up after that.
