What might cause a man to get a migraine headache immediately after having an orgasm?
This has happened when he is on top while having his orgasm. If I am on top and he cums he doesn't get a headache, but when he is on top, he does.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

1. proboly because he is getting hot,or moving to fast.(might want to use a fan to cool down and a wet rag over his head)
2. post-coatial headaches are not uncommon, but they should be brought to a doctor's attention. they may order an MRI just to be sure everything is okay.
3. It is possible that he is not receiving adequate circulation(oxygen) or blood is leaving from his head to his penis for ejaculation causing a migraine. This is my theory and I am currently in Nursing school.
4. most probably when he is hot his blood pressure is very high and it hits his brain at the max, therefore it might be a serious cause for that Migraine.
5. could be changes in his blood pressure, try different positions or maybe he's holding his breath to long when having sex.
