What is the best treatment or cure for arthritic knee pain without surgery? Is SUPARTZ knee joint liquid useful?

what is the best cure or treatment for knee pain, apart from surgery? i heard of Supartz- a knee joint liquid to inject, but don't know if it is effective, good, without side effects. can it be used on a diabetic patient? are there any other ways? this is for a diabetic with chronic knee pain - she cannot walk up steep paths, cannot climb stairs, and has severe pain. this is India, and doctors so far didn't do much.please help! thank you

1. Aleve, aspirin, ibuprophen can all help. Yes, diabetics can take those.

2. There are lots of things you can do to relieve joint pain naturally, without having surgery. I recently did some research and found some very interesting information. Please see an article I wrote on the subject.
I hope you find something that works and that she feels better soon!
