Migraine relief, does anyone know how to get some migraine headache relief?
Do you guys have any tips that can help get over migraines? You know some migraine relief tips.... Nobody should have to suffer with a migraine so what are some migraine headache relief steps to take to get over one?

1. First of all, are you on a prescription for your migraines? If not Excedrin Migraine is the best OTC medicine for migraines. Use cold compresses to your head where it hurts. Lay down in a dark, cold room. Stay hydrated, and wait it out. I know they are horrible to live with. I take Firocet and Phenegran for my migraines and they help a lot. Good Luck!2. 3. use some 4Head that tingles your head but its great for mine grains
cause it works in 10Min's flat or 15 Min's that's about it. and shut eyes
for that period of time. Or you can buy these cold strip for migraines
Place them on your forehead, that keep it cool.
