Has anybody ever had calf and knee swelling with chronic knee pain?

1. your mind is the key to the answer......2. there is probably liquid in your knee
to stop the swelling and the pain you should go to the doctor or the hospital and get it drained as soon as possible
3. My husband has a knee injury and every time it plays up his knee and calf plays up and gets very cold to touch its because your probably limping with the pain try acupuncture or try and warm it up.I feel for you he really suffers.
4. YEP and the sad part is that i could not move and had locked myself in my bedroom and left the key in the hole i called my cousin and she struggled for nearly half and hour at midnight to open the door,i think its also caused by lactic acid which accumulates the joints during exercise or strain.hope that answers your Q?
