Chronic Knee pain any ideas?
I'm asking this on behalf of my uncle, who is 48, slightly overweight, but physically fit, has suddenly for no reason (no fall or injury i mean) getting a very sharp pain in the front right hand side of his left knee - what could it be? He's obviously in agony, and has a doc's appointment for Thursday

3. It could be a cartilage problem but an Arthroscopy is the best way to accurately diagnose internal structural problems.
