which is a more worse pain a aneurysm, cluster headache, or a migraine?

1. An Aneurysm is weak bulge in a blood vessel in the brain.
The pain can be pretty severe and if it ruptures - deadly.!
A Migraine can be fairly debiliting (not as dangerous as an aneurysm)
and a cluster headache , also very painful/
Each persons pain threshhold is different - so it is kind of difficult to say which is more painful/
The brain aneurysm probably would be the worse when and if it would burst and start bleeding into the brain.
2. To truly answer this question, you'd need to ask somebody who has experienced all three. Thankfully, I'm not that person.
However, I have experienced both cluster headaches and migraines. I can say that without question clusters are VERY much worse. Very, very, very much worse.
I understand that some aneurysms are entirely painless, while others cause immense, but short-lived, pain. I don't know if the most painful aneurysm is worse than a cluster headache. However, I do know that people who are in a position to know (i.e., women who get clusters) say that clusters are worse pain than childbirth. Again, the *average* aneurysm is probably not as painful as this, but the *most painful* aneurysm could be, I don't know.
3. Not sure why Susiecat got a thumbs down--she is entirely accurate. I have had migraines and cluster headaches both...I would say the cluster headaches are much more painful...and when I get one, I lie down in a dark room and put a pillow over my head, shut the bedroom door and pray no one even drives down the street...
I do have meds I take daily to prevent migraines, but sometimes I get those and cluster headaches...aneurysms run on both my side and my husband's side of the family...so we worry about our kids...
My grandpa and my sister-in-law both died from aneurysm ruptures...she was 42; he was 86. With both, no notice whatsoever.
