does anybody know any exercises that help get rid of back pain?

I seem to have back pain everyday. Is there any exercises or stretches that will help get rid of the pain

1. There are many good stretches and exercises that will help your back. The key is to start off easy and then increase them a little at a time, to prevent injury and improve your strength.

The other trick is that you have to do the exercises consistently and make it a habit. If you do the stretches and exercises regularly for a couple weeks you will notice a difference in your back.
