What sickness would leave you with a sinus headache, sore muscles, dizziness, hot/cold flashes and fatigue?
I was at work and I had cold and hot flashes, so I thought maybe I had the flu so I went home. I've had a mild/moderate sinus headache for a few days as well as dizziness. I looked up flu and cold and both are accompanied by a cough, which I don't have. I don't have a sore throat either. Can anyone tell me what's wrong with me?
