What causes a severe headache with blurry vision in only one eye?

i was at school today when all of a sudden i had a growing headache. I sat down but then the pressure behind my eyes was so painful. I then realized that my right eye was completely blurry and i could barely see anything. Also my eyes got red and very watery when this happened. This is the first time it got this bad. recently i have had some bad headaches but nothing like this and it worries me but my parents don't seen to care. Any clue what this could be?
i also took some tylenol and nothing helped

2. Yeah, you just am at school. I guess that that's simply the law of the land

3. Now this a weird one. Hahha One eye. Never happened to me. Maybe cut school for one day and rest, that's what i am doing it right now.

4. the two main causes of headaches are dehydration and lack of sleep make sure you get plenty of sleep and water. there is a small chance of underlying health problems but lets hope thats not the case.
