I have a painful, slightly tight headache feeling in the back righthand side of my head. is it serious?
The pain is in the right hand side at the back of my head, and the top of my neck hurts a little too. It's like a cross between pain and a strange tingling feeling. I'm quite worried, any ideas what it could be?
