very painful headache on my lower back part of head?
it started day before yesterday around same time.
all the sudden i get a really bad pain on my lower back especially on the right side on my head. i press on it and feels better but once i let go, it hurts.
when i have a headache, i feel nauseous and i actually threw up tonight..
i hope its not something serious..

1. I am not a doctor...but I've had headaches like this. Mine were tension headaches from too much deskwork, followed by sleeping in the same position for too long, and resultant muscle spasms. Basically, that working-too-hard, getting-too-tired thing. A chiropractor can help. Meanwhile, a hot bath and a neck rub from someone with strong hands should provide some relief.2. see a doctor. should not take medical advise from random people. i suggest you see a neurologist.
