Anyone got ideas for back pain relief?

1. i have arthritis and scoliosis...lots of back pain- i take otc aleve twice a day and it helps very much. i use a massage person to work on my sciatica nerve to also help.it's important to find the cause of his pain so a doctor visit is needed for sure.

3. Professional Massages would help. Other wise it depends on what caused his back pain. Walking can help. And Exercise can help. But at the grocerie store get him some of those Hot ice patches. Or maybe some Bengay Cream, stuff like that.
