Which is the best back pain relief spray/ointment?
I am suffering from a severe lower back pain for the past 2 years... I am working in the IT industry... which demands long sitting for hours... I tried both English and Ayurvedic Medicines... There is no effect at all…
Can anyone please prescribe any pain relief spray/ointment which I can use to avoid the pain temporarily? Also please let me know its price in India…

1. You could try icy hot. That feels really good, but the side effect is that it stinks really bad. Well, it stinks to me. You can't prescribe any medicine over the internet. You'll need to go see a real doctor.I don't know if they sell icy hot in India.
