I have spinal lordosis which is causing severe back pain. What kinds of exercises can I do to reverse it?

1. From the Scoliosis Foundation

A good DVD - the page addresses all three types of spinal curve

2. What type of doctor made your "diagnosis"? HOW was the diagnosis made? How did he/she "know" your pain is CAUSED by the lordosis?

What is CAUSING the lordosis? How is THAT being treated?

These are the types of questions you need to ask your doctor and you need to get REAL answers to them.

Best wishes and good luck.

3. lordosis is the normal forward curve of your neck and your low back. loss of lordosis can cause pain...but "lordosis" is not a source of pain
