I was prescribed Lyrica for Fibromyalgia...?
and at first it was amazing. The pain all but disappeared. Now it has stopped working and I'm back to having horrible, debilitating pain. Anyone have any ideas as to what the heck happened?

1. Ask your doctor.
2. Yes, it happened to me also. Has your doctor tried increasing your dosage? I also found it helpful to take 800 mg. Ibuprofin with the Lyrica, as it works on the inflammation. After a long time though, the highest dose of Lyrica didn't work anymore, and I had to opt for an alternative treatment. I hope you still have some years of Lyrica help left. It's the safest way to treat our Fibromyalgia effectively.
Edited to add: Justmeinthisworld, not usually, no, but I often have an inflammatory process going on in my joints when my muscles are killing me. Then there are the headaches that come from the muscles in my neck and shoulders which the Ibuprofen helps with a little.
3. there is NO inflammation with fibromyalgia..
people with a medical background hopefully know this
