What's a good way for 60 year old, 165cm tall, 98kg woman with chronic knee pain to exercise to lose weight?
As title. Thanks. I can only come up with swimming, sit ups and push ups on her knees. What else?

1. Any kind of low resistance training. Tai chi, yoga, and light aerobics all good low resistance workouts
2. This is gonna sound so weird, but, Richard Simmons has an exercise video for handicapped people, and it really works. My niece who is in a wheelchair uses it. He also has a 'Silver Foxes' video made specifically for elderly people. Check them out here at his online store -

3. swimming really is the only option, any type of exercise in the water will take stress off the knee while exercise outside the water will only make it worse. You could look into some really good shoes and try out powerwalking depending on how far along the knee damage is. Or get knee surgery
