Fibromyalgia Support Groups?

I live in the Sacramento/Citrus Heights, CA area and would like to join a support group. I sent an email to one group, but the email address wasn't a good one. Does anyone out there know of any active support groups in my area??

1. WebMD has a fibromyalgia support board and there are also a number on Yahoo Groups. There are some that are listed for State specific online groups too. As for local support groups check with the Fibromyalgia Network. I think their website is: http://www.fmawareness.org

If that isn't it you might be able to find the exact link doing a search for Fibromyalgia Network.

2. Fibrohugs.com is a good Internet support group. You can also check your local paper for listings of support groups and meetings that may be available.
