I have fibromyalgia and want to get a tattoo. Will it hurt worse than normal?

I've been recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia and I've been wanting to get a tattoo for almost a year now. It usually hurts worse in my shoulders and mid-lower back. I want to get a tattoo of wings at the top of my back and flowers going up my side.

I'm not on any medications for it and I'm not getting any treatment.

Is it going to hurt worse because of what I have or what?

1. if it hurts any worse than normal it's most likely because you have soreness in the first place. then again, you can't feel what other people feel so there's really no definition of "normal" here.

your best bet is to double-check with both your doctor and your tattoo artist

2. It's hard to say if it will hurt worse, I would check with your doctor. I have a backpiece that starts at the bottom of my neck and goes past the bottom of my shoulder blades, and it was honestly the most painful tattoo I have ever gotten. (Including foot, behind my ear, and on my wrist) If you have a low pain threshold, I would recommend talking to the artist and setting up a few shorter sittings, so that you don't have to be in pain for a long time.

3. miss take 5 insulin shots a day. should not even consider art work. with today's equipment skilled artists. pain mild sunburn lasting 5 minutes. please for faster healing use unscented aloe vera gel. much better than what artist will give you. pain at very worst. 1 . 5 out of ten. it is the sound of gun like dentist drill. it really does cause pain were there is none. to much like horrid dentist drill.
