I have migraine and fever now. Is it harmful to take the 2nd pill after 2 hours?
I took an analgesic and antipyretic pill for my migraine 2 hours before and at the moment I have fever also. Is it harmful to take the same pill now?
I don't have a pharmacist number to call :(

1. The best way to get a professional answer is to call your pharmacist. Your doctor may be too busy and this is not a professional forum. Personally, I would not worry about one or two pills. But, I have severe pain and take narcotic medications. The amounts I take might kill you.2. Depends on what you took. Max dose of tylenol or acetaminophen in a 4 hour period is 1000 mg, so if it has that in it and you've taken that much, then yes it would be harmful to take more. Really hard to answer without knowing what you took and the dose.
