1. Try a heating pad. If you don't have one of those.. warm up a water bottle or something and either lay on it gently or just hold it against your back. The heat will help with the pain.
2. Use heat to help. Soak in the tub and also sleep with a pillow under your butt and one against your side so your stomach is supported on it. That's the only thing that has helped me this entire pregnancy!
3. my husband got me a heated massaging chair cover for xmas that can be used in a regular indoor outlet or a car adapter, it is heaven for pregnancy
4. Use should look into a maternity belt. Its supposed to help relieve back pain and help take pressure of the bladder too..
5. I have not used one but my friend who is 34 week pregnant has used a belly band to help support her belly and its weight. I am lucky and it has not been too bad for me. However when I do get back pain the only thing that helps is to lay down and relax all the muscles in my back. I have my husband give me back rubs also. He is not the best but they help a lot. Make sure when you are sitting at school or work you sit straight and have good support to lean back against. Best wishes
6. Consider your chiropractor, call & ask if they adjust pregnant women regularly, if not then they will refer you to a practice that specializes in obstetrics, gynecology and pediatric Chiropractic. If you do not have a chiropractor sometimes your OB can recommend one. I recently learned chiropractors are educated on adjusting pregnant women & birthing babies (just in case they needed to.) They even have techniques to adjust moms when babies are breech to encourage the baby to turn over before birth. OB's and Chiropractors often work hand in hand with there patients.
