Horrible frontal headache in early pregnancy?

I just found out that I am about 4-5 weeks pregnant. I have a horrible frontal headache that is just odd. I have a history of migraines but this is like from my forehead all the way under my eyes and in my nose. Hard to explain. Also notice that I have a slight post nasal drip, clear though.

Does anyone know if this normal?

1. i have never had that... i get bad headaches during my pregnancy, i would suggest going to your doctor.

2. i undertand where u are coming from just called your doctor and talk to him about it.

3. Oh, i totally know what you're talking about! I had that a couple times in early pregnancy too. It was weird, unlike any headache I've ever experienced. All I know to tell you is that it's probably just those crazy hormones. That's what my friends told me.

4. early to middle pregnancy i had horrible headaches with both of my pregnancies. my head sometimes felt like it was going to explode. i took excedrin but your not really supposed to take aspirin in pregnancy. i had to because i just couldn't deal with the pain. i guess aspirin in late pregnancy makes you bleed more in delivery but i was fine. headaches in pregnancy are usually from elevated hormone levels.
my nose was runny a little in pregnancy. that is very normal.
if you are worried about your headaches i would mention it to your obgyn when you go to your next appointment.

5. yeah the first few weeks of my pregnancy i had headaches too. Not necessarily migraines but I had frequent headaches. They stopped after about week 10

6. Don't feel bad I had horrible head aches in my second trimester with my son , all it is , is your hormones going crazy they will go away as you get further along . IF they get too intense you can take extra strength Tylenol , it's perfectly fine and it won't hurt the baby .
