What's causing this knee pain and what can I do about it?
I'm only 15, I kneel a lot at my desk 'cause my desk is too low, I'm not overweight and I'm also not really a runner. However when I do start to run, after about 3 minutes in my knee starts to hurt, my knee feels like its twisting a bit. Is my kneeling the source of problem and what can I do about this pain?

1. maybe you have athoritis
2. It's Probably your shoes!!! look at the bottom of an old pair of shoes(sneakers) and see if one side is more worn out then the other. Or you can speed walk on the treadmill and have somebody behind you that can see if you pronate to one side or the other. If you do then you need to go to a specialty running store and get a good pair of shoes. If not then tou can still go to the running store (not dunhams, dicks, footlocker or anything like that! its a store just for running) and find shoes that are really comforting that will support your legs. Although Nike looks cool they are probably the worse shoes especially for people with knee or ankle problems or runners, so try and stay away from them. They make good sport shoes and cleats, but as support they suck. hope that helped a little

3. Have you been to a doctor over this? Maybe you should try stretching every morning when you wake up and before you go to bed.
