What causes lower back pain during menstruation?

I got my period yesterday and i've been having bad back pain.
Its more like a pressure feeling. I cant sit or stand straight and its very uncomfortable. I have to walk or something to feel a little better.

I was wondering what causes that pain/ cramps in your lower back?

Public Comments

1. Thats is a common symptom of PMS

2. it's just another one of those nuisances that come with PMS

3. Viscero-somatic reflexes.

4. Having a back pain is often cause of lifting objects that are too heavy for you. If you attempt to lift something, keep your back straight up and down, head up, and lift with your knees. Keep the object close to you, don't stoop over to lift. Tighten your stomach muscles to keep your back in balance. Well sometimes when you had a menstruation or during your period you can experience such things well this is ordinary you can go to a chiropractic mentor for your back pain.
