Cluster Headache sufferers, what do you do for pain relief?

After being in remission for a year, these little devils have returned to plague me again!!! I'm literally to the brink of just jumping off a cliff or something. Is there anything in particular that you found works for you? I've tried the whole oxygen thing and it's ineffective for me.
THESE ARE NOT MIGRAINES. I have cluster headaches which are completely different...they are not even a valid comparison. Migraines are a tickle in comparison to a cluster headache.

1. you may have migraines:my father had them all his life.
finally he went to the Dr,there are several drugs available for migraines!
the one my father is taking called Maxalt.
these are all prescription meds,so please see a Dr,or pain specialist(some family Dr's will refer you to a pain clinic)

2. I recently went to the doctors for headaches (again!) and they've started a list of things to try to end my migranes/headaches. They just tried giving me 400MG of Riboflavin or vitamin B2 each day. Unfortunately, it did not work for me, but perhaps it will work for you. For the pain itself, I have been taking Midrin. It works most of the time, but it seems the longer I take a pain medication for my headaches, it eventually stops working. :[

I don't know if any of this will help, but it might a little.
