1. Getting sunlight is supposed to help. Maybe try a tanning bed. If done safely, it can help you.2. Treatment for fibro is as different as there are people that have it. It depends on symptoms, blood test results, and accurate diagnosis.
Usually it involves muscle relaxers, anti-depressants, pain relievers.
Other medication is prescribed or changed depending on person.
