1. Check the site for Hospital for Special Surgery in Manh....look for rheumatologists.Call up Invite Health...ask for Jerry Hickey (Pharmacist, Nutritionist) & ask his advice. He may be able to give you a referral. If you get WWRL 1600AM radio...Jerry does call in show Mon-Sat from 9-10AM.
He might also suggest some nutritional advice.
Psycho-pharmacologists also deal with Fibromyalgia as do Pain MDs.
