1. I suggest you may want to start reading here:

It can take several years to fully understand just what happens in the body when you have fibromyalgia. Its important to understand all the different things happening in all the different systems to understand why you need to do certain things like changing your diet, your lifestyle and your thinking.
The disorder begins in the brain with not only your thoughts but the chemical pathways that are regulated by the brain which are also influenced by your thinking. Its complicated to say the least.
Dont be discouraged , we can have a better life. At this point there isnt a cure but there are lots of things we can do to help ourselves.
Here is a link to a yahoo support group that has helped so many people to have better lives:

2. Hi! Welcome to the beginning of learning about fibro. I had it real bad for several years, but after treatment at the Fibromyalgia Relief Center in South Lake Tahoe, I'm so much better, it's like before it all went bad. There's a website for the doctor there, stopfibro.com, and the chiropractor, Dr. Paul Whitcomb, has had fibro himself and really understands. That's why most of us get better. It depends on what causes it in you, of course, since we're all unique, but he can do a test where he can tell right away if you're one of the lucky ones he can treat. It's been two years since I was there, and I'm so well now, it's a whole new life. I used to wake myself up in the night screaming. But now I sleep well, all night. Used to be when I got out of bed in the morning, those first few steps were so painful I'd feel like throwing up, and have to get down on my hands and knees to make it to the bathroom. But yesterday, I rode my bike 8 miles here in hilly Colorado, and I am NOT fatigued today at all. If I'd tried that 3 years ago, I'd have been in a flare upfor a year. Read the doc's new book, at Amazon.com, it's called "Fibromyalgia: Finally Solving the Mystery." I hope you're one of those people he can help. It worked for me!

3. Best info and best treatment method info is on an all free site - www.FibroFix.com

Has email and a phone number to ask any questions. That's free, too. If you can't afford the call, just say so and get a return call.
