Any advice for the treatment of my Fibromyalgia pain?
Does anybody know of a natural remedy for it?

1. Although there are many natural foods and herbs that can help alleviate the pain from fibromyalgia, I have found Cymbalta to be of great benefit. This particular anti-depressant not only addresses the emotional effects of the illness, but also eases the pain as well. It's effects are mild to moderate, and of course, you will have some days that are better than others. But, if at all possible, ask your doctor about this. Combined with a good, healthy diet, lots of fruits and veggies, and walking or low impact strength exercises, you should find your symptoms becoming less bothersome.
2. I use DRibose. While its not a cure it cut my pain down far enough that I was able to decrease my pain meds my half. Its the "D" in your DNA. Here is the link to the original research paper on it:

You have nothing to lose by trying it.

4. Hi there,
I am trying a new product that is an all natural suplimental drink. It is made from a fruit grown in South East Asia and is supposed to help with the the stiffness and pain. I have only been on it a few weeks and am optomistic. I have noticed less days of the greater pain and an over all greater sense of wellbeing. They told me when I started it could take 6 weeks to feel the full effects for me with the FIbro and Osteoarthritis. I have included the Website for the product below. Like I said, I have not completed my initial assesment of the product, but I am cautiously optomistic.
I have also tried some of the other supliements - Like the Glucosomine compounds, but have not had much success with that. I do use Potassium & Magnesium supliments when my leg pain is it's worse and it does help to lessen the blow a little. Talk with your doctor about adding those to your diet first because they both can interfer with other medications. Also, depending on your health history, you doctor may want to monitor that.
I hope it helps!
Gentle hugs and healing thoughts,
Mayr
