Your home remedies for headaches?

What are your home remedies for a headache (and a pretty bad one at that)? Between my prenatal vitamin, Vit C (my husband's been sick), Folic Acid, Calcium, AZO cranberry tabs, and an antibiotic prescribed to me from the doc, I feel like I'm already on too many pills (even though doc already approved the vitamins). Still, I feel adding Tylenol to the mix is too much. Ice on the forehead hasn't worked. Suggestions?

1. try tylonall with a few sips of caffene it helps me every time.

2. try laying down in a quiet, dark room. Have your hubby rub your feet to distract you from your headache. Try drinking something with caffine(only a little though). That's been proven to help headaches.

3. I've heard apple juice helps sometimes.

4. Drink a full glass of water, dehydration can cause headaches, and try lying in a darkened room with a cold cloth on your head.

My vegan step sis also swears by Cayenne pepper, she says it opens blood vessel's sort of like migraine medication. She refuses to take any prescription drugs. I think she took it by teaspoon, but I'm not positive, but if you choose to try it dont overdue it!

Good luck!

5. Maybe try a heating pad instead of ice. Also, rub the pressure points on your temples, above your eyebrows, and behind your neck about an inch below your skull on both sides for about 30 seconds each.

These are great forms of headache and migraine relief for me...
