Does anyone know any good headache Remedies?

I've had a headache on and off for a few days. It feels like pressure in my head (I don't think it's sinus related). I took Advil and it's not working. What is something I can take that is stronger than Advil, or are there any other home remedies I can try?
It's a headache with dizziness

1. When Advil doesn't work for my headaches I take Excedrin Migraine and it works pretty quick.

2. a nap mixed with tylenol

3. pure peppermint oil,not the stuff on the baking aisle in the grocery, the aromatherapy type. Dab a little I mean a little on you head where it hurts and the pain will be gone very fast.

4. For a headache with dizzieness.. i've actually had a million. I went to the doctor and got muscle relaxers because it turned out to be stress headaches. I would see a doctor if it keeps going, but try self massaging your temples and stressed areas in your neck. Also take a warm bath, stretch and then relax all of your muscles. After that i usually just take some benadryl and take a nice nap. Always wake up feeling refreshed..unless I sleep wrong. Good luck. I know pressure headaches Suck. I found out mine lately were caused by an ear infection.. Maybe go see the doctor just in case.

5. icy hot patches.

Hope this helps(:

6. If you really need relief asap, you can take up to 4 capsules of Advil at one time - when the dosage is 200mg, it's okay to take up to 800mg which is four tablets. That might cut the edge off . Try that a couple of times and see if that helps. You might want to try doing some neck muscle stretches to see if that doesn't bring some relief. http://www.howtostretch.com/neck.htm).

Depending on where you live it is possible that your headache may be sinus related but not the usual. In the U.S. right now there are a lot of bad storms, which are low pressure systems. You can actually get pressure headaches from the low pressure system coming in - especially this time of year, when everyone has the heat on and the air indoors is so much drier.

7. Benedryl and a nap. It could be stress, sinus, or migraine.
