1. Sex! It relieves stress. And it will help dissolve the tension in your head!

2. I puts a hot rag rite over my head and there it is. It works.

3. I get headaches all the time and when I don't want to take something I lay down very comfortable turn off the lights and put a cold towel on my forehead. works unless I have a bad migraine.

4. A hot bubble bath with candales a cup of camomile tea always work

5. try laying down if it really bad go take a sleeping pill maybe it will put you to sleep and you wont feel your head ache lol :)

6. Cold ice pack, lights out, as little noise as possible, laying down in bed.

7. There are several methods. You can apply a small amount of liminent rub over the affected area and gently massage it with your fingers for several minutes then take a rest. Applying Ice helps as well as the freezing temperature of the ice overrides the pain in the head, keeping the pain off temporarily. According to Penn and Teller, sexual masturbation can help relieve body aches and even headaches. That may sound weird, but if it works, why not give it a shot?

8. Drink lots and lots of water. I bet you don't drink enough water. They say to drink 8 glasses a day and if you drink soda or coffee, then you need to drink 4 glasses for every one of these. Caffeine is a diuretic and makes you urinate, so you have to drink more water. If you do this continually, it's possible you will have less occuring headaches. Stay in a dark place. Take a hot bath.

9. I find that the Dream Time Balm from Lush Cosmetics helps a little bit with migraines. Just rub it in on your forehead or under your nose and lie down in a quiet place.

10. Why not take the time to find out what is causing your headache? Then get it treated. It is never normal to have a headache. Something has to cause them to occur. So get with it and try to have them eliminated.

11. I get headaches if I havn't eaten enougth or had enougth water. Drink lots of water and have a snack... something with some sugar like fruit and then relax and rub your temples, or have somebody else rub your temples.
