I'm having lower abdomen pain on the right side in the front and back what should i do?

I have been diagnosed with PID (pelvic inflamitory diease), i know that i have a syst andd it is on my right ovary, i went to the hospital about 9 days ago and was given medicine and it hasent helped. I still have pain there and cant lay down on my side. i'm sleepy and cant really conecentrate. i had a pregnancy test done and it was neg. So what do i do now?
