abdominal pain, lower back pain, right side pain, nausea.Does anyone know what might be causing these symptoms?

On Sunday i started to feel some minor minor discomfort accompanied by diarrhea this continued to monday and i had lost my appetite. I went and saw a doctor and they suggested it might be something i ate that upset my stomach. I regained my appetite but the pain continued to thursday and i started getting pain in my right side, back pain, and groin pain. then thursday afternoon i lost my appetite, vomited and felt dehydrated even though i was drinking plenty of water so i went back to see a doctor. his diagnosis was that i was constipated and gave me a laxative. I took the laxative and 8 hours or so later had a few bowl movements(diarrhea). None of the symptoms have gone away though and eating anything makes me feel like vomiting even drinking water does somewhat. Any ideas might be causing all of this?

1. It could be kidney stones but any doctor who can't figure that out isn't worth seeing but you never know. Kidney stone pain makes you vomit, the pain lasts until the stone is passed and the pain can be in the back, or angled from you side down into the groin. It can be on either side.

2. you could be having an appendicitis, how could you be constipated if you are having diarrhea that does not make any sense, any way maybe you should get a cat scan or an u/s it could be several different things im not saying that it is your appendix but you must get a 2nd opinion,if the pain gets any worse go to the E.R. good luck.
