Bloading and lower right side pain, what is it?

I have had a pain in my lower right abdomen (two-three inches below and to the left of my hip bone). It is not constant, but appears every several minutes, however aan annoying ensation is there all the time now. It feels like tightning or squeezing, it is so strong that for those few seconds I cannot move or beath in/out. It has gotten a bit worse these last few days. I am going to the dr. but I want t make sure it's okay to wait till then. The pain sometimes also makes me bloaded i m right side abdomen, and gives me the need to go to th bathrom,,,,but I don't.... or the pain moves down to my right groin and feels like its numbing/tingling almost like a pulled mucle. I have gone to the bathroom regularly..... Any ideas?

1. It really sounds like gas. I have had gas pain so bad that I thought I was having an ulcer. And gas pains can show up anywhere in your body. As long as you're not in constant severe pain, it isn't anything serious. If it was your pancreas or appendix it would be hurting so bad after just a day that you wouldn't hardly be able to move. Try drinking a lot of coke, or something else carbonated. It should make you burp and relieve some of the pressure. As for bloating, this could also be cause by a gas bubble. It really is like a balloon your bady blows up, and the pain is caused by it pressing against nerves, which can make it feel like it's in odd places.
