Dull pain in right side, nausea and lower back pain??
I've had a dull pain in my lower right side, nausea and lower back pain for about a week. i don't know whats wrong. It comes and goes and lasts for hours. It's not a sharp pain, but its noticible, but I can't feel anything when I press on the area like something is inflamed. If it were my appendix, I'd be dead by now (been going on a week) so I'd know what it could be. Any ideas???? PLEASE HELP!

1. Urinary tract infection? I went to the ER with the same symptoms and that's all they told me...but I would definately get in contact with my family doctor to see if he could fit me in...soon.2. There are many things that it could be. It could be a gynecological problem. Go see a Dr. and get it checked out.
3. You don't check the right side to determine appendicitis. Is checked by what is called the rebound test.. by pressing the left side and letting it go abruptly.
You may want to have an exam to determine if there is a problem with one of the ovaries.
