What could be the cause of pain in my lower back, below the waist, just on my right side, for weeks now?

3. Siatic nerve getting pinched for one idea. It could be lots of things. If you don't want to see a chiropractor( a good one can help give you relief), try an inversion table to stretch out your spine. Radiating low back pain can be a symptom of several different things, but since you didn't name any other accompanying symptoms; I'm guessing something is pinched in your back. Might need a muscle relaxer, heat to affected area, and a good chiropractor.
