I have pain in my lower back on the right side. The pain is in my back only it doesn't radiate down to my leg.
I have had kidney stones before and it's not them. It's been hurting for a while now. I tried some stretching and it hurts more when I lean back or to the right side. Any ideas on what may be causing this? I have tried aleve, motrin and tylenol and nothing is helping relieve the pain. I have tried icing it and also heat but nothing works. Thanks for your input.

1. Could be a deep muscle strain (an example only) or even an infection such as due to bladder or kidney (other examples only).I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
