lower right side pain and period is late?
I have been haveing really low pain on my right side and am three weeks late. I have no fever no pain when peeing but feeling some pressure and the need to pee more. I do have my tubes tied and my gallbladder is out can anyone help me please

1. usually lower right sided pain is an appendicitis, unless it radiates around to the back near the kidney and then it might be kidney stone and then you need to look for some blood in your pee. i was thinking ectopic pregnancy but that sounds impossible with tied tubes. it might very easily be an ovarian cyst which would explain not having a period, especially if you are having discharge. get to an ER. all it takes is a sonogram, a pee test, and an xray to rule out kidney stones or a cyst. could be a UTI. not all of them burn right away when peeing.
