I have this lower right side back pain.. It hurts a lot. Kidney stones?

Okay. I've recently developed some sort of unbearable pain on my lower right side of my back. It hurts every time I stand up, sit down, try to stretch and bend down. Every time I wanna crack my back it hurts so much, I just wanna cry or yell cause of the pain. What can it be?

1. It could be a kidney stone. But if that doesn't pan out after a visit to the doctor then I'd try going to a chiropractor because it could be a bone out of alignment in your lower back causing your muscles to tighten up.

2. Try noticing if there has been any reduction of urination or any blood in the urine. The pain might spread from your back to your groin. You might also have nausea and vomiting with it. These signs usually indicate a kidney stone.

Go and see your GP and he might be able to work out if it is a back problem or a kidney stone problem. Good luck!
