lower right side of back pain and side of stomach?

i have been having pain in the lower right side of my back since tuesday, and now its seems like it is moving to the side on my stomach... i am not sure what it could be... i have no fever, no loss of appetite, urine has been dark although i have only been drinking water and had a bottle of cranberry juice...

1. If you have been not drinking much your urine will be darker yellow, as the chemicals being removed are more concentrated. If your urine is brownish at all, that with the pain in the area of your kidney could indicate kidney failure, so you should get to a hospital right away.

2. Could be "referred pain", a way for the body to signal you when a more serious problem inside is occurring. Sometimes there is no reasonable reason for you to be hurting, so take it serious and see a doctor.
