I need help here does anyone know What can cause pain in the lower right side of the back of your head?

i been having some pain the lower right side of the back of my head for a few days it is sudden and only last no more than 20 minutes sometimes less the pain spreads when i exhale too im going to go to the doctor today but anyone have any idea what it might be.

2. I suspect it is stress on a muscle or a pinched nerve. Massage may help. Muscle relaxer also. Please let us know what the doctor said. Good luck!
