pain in lower back side and side of stomach on right?
I have pain in my lower right side on stomach and back. The pain moves back and forth.
It doesn't hurt when I lay down. It hurts mostly at night. I have no fever, no chills, no nausea, no vomiting and I still got my appetite. Other than telling me to see a doctor, what could it be?

1. Yep, I am going to tell you see a doctor, you could be having pain from kidney stones and or a severe kidney infection beginning to brew since you do not yet have symptoms of fever and chills. Renal calculi ( kidney stones) often present pain as little as a nagging pain to progressing to severe pain when they move.
