What is this sharp pain (lower right side of back)that is hurting me badly?
I can only barely move and it still hurts. When I breath deep it hurts. (hurts in this area of my lower side) And it is not near my lungs. It just started 3 hours ago. What is it.

1. A muscle spasm most likely, possibly sciatica.Drink plenty of fluids (everything is aggrivated by dehydration), and find the position of comfort.
2. you pulled a muscle and the muscle is caught in the rib. it will work itself out. take a warm bath and message yourself.
