How to ease back pain during pregnancy?

I am 27 weeks pregnant... I know that the weight of the baby is causing most of my problems but is there something I can do to ease off some of the pain besides Tylenol? I am having pain in my lower back. When I stand, or roll over (if I had been lying down) my lower back pops. Any suggestions?

2. I would say lay down or ask your doctor whats the best thing you should do.
