Did Lyrica take away your fibromyalgia pain completely?

I have been taking 300mgs a day for several weeks, and it has taken away all but my lower back pain. My muscles are still stiff, and this one feels like it just shouldn't be working. Hurts constantly. I take 1 to 1.5 Tramadol and 2-4 Ibuprofen together for it, and it still hurts. Just wondered if I'm still feeling a bit of the Fibro or something new. She gave me Fioricet to take with my migraine meds and I wonder if that would be more effective. Will be going to the doc soon, but not soon enough! Thanks in advance.

1. Lyrica made my pain worse. It works different for everyone. I take tramadol and it helps when needed

2. I take 150mg of Lyrica a day. My pain still waxes & wanes but is so much less than before I started taking Lyrica. I am able to handle my pain so much better now. I still have some pain but am on a relatively low dose & only able to take it once daily b/c with chronic fatigue syndrome it will put me to sleep during the day. I am not taking any other pain meds or NSAIDs regularly. I take Darvocet when I have overdone it & I take either Lortab or Stadol NS when I have a migraine. I am not pain free, but I am able to tolerate my pain. With Lyrica my fibro is much more manageable than the chronic fatigue. I also have arthritis, bursitis, & peripheral neuropathies so I think I am getting excellent results with Lyrica.
